All products from 0210 Studios are handmade to order, meaning each piece is built specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or minor variations in design — these are part of the handmade process.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at 0210studios.official@gmail.com. We'll assess the issue and, if eligible, offer a replacement or store credit.
