2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great pride in our craftsmanship, but if your order arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right.

• Documentation: Include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

• Resolution: Once assessed and approved, we will provide a replacement of the original item or store credit.

3. Eligible Returns (If Applicable)
