All products from 0210 Studios are handcrafted to order. By purchasing, you acknowledge that slight variations in color, texture, and design are inherent to the handmade process. These characteristics are not considered defects but rather proof of the unique, artisanal build of your item.

2. Pricing and Currency

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). We reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error on the website, 0210 Studios reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Order Acceptance and Refusal

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. 0210 Studios is not responsible for delivery delays or failures resulting from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

While we strive to meet our estimated production and shipping windows, these times are estimates and not guarantees. 0210 Studios is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors outside of our direct control.
