Made from 100% cotton and genuine New Zealand lambskin leather.
Each hat is deconstructed and reconstructed by hand using panels from two separate six-panel bases, along with fully hand-stitched panels for both the ears and the brim.

Features fully hand-stitched detachable lambskin ear panels with snap buttons, an extended leather dual-strap closure, and front panels secured with nuts and bolts.
Every piece is individually made to order. No two are exactly the same.
